Hadn't actually thought about that detail myself - and it is a small detail - but now that you mention it, I very much agree! :) Gadget's dialogue in page 5 should really have been those classic quotes. He doesn't need to say things like "A mission? You know I'm in Istanbul, right? - YOU'RE in Istanbul as well?"... because it's a well-known rule of the IG series that Chief Quimby is ALWAYS wherever Gadget happens to be located, ready to hand him his assignment. Maybe the reason for Gadget's dialogue being so over-explaining is that the comic book creators are trying to introduce the concept to brand new readers. But it still seems kinda unnecessary. If you want to stay true to the original series, do it all the way.
Also, for the sake of geeky nit-picking: I have been bothered for a long time by Gadget's dialogue in the last panel of page 4. He should be saying "THAT'S the top secret Gadget phone", not just "The top secret Gadget phone"! ;)
I don't like it. Answering the phone he should say "Is that you chief?... You're where?... I'll be right there!"
